As with all career tools, training is an important piece to helping you understand how to use them successfully with your clients.

- Use the MCDS Practitioner Dashboard to onboard and manage your clients’ progress, make notes, and send messages to your clients
- Prepare for discussing the client’s assessment results using the companion Coaching Strategy Workbook
- Review the client’s assessment results and prepare to discuss the client’s career planning gaps, disconnects, and pinpoint where they are struggling in their career journey.
- Assign specific exercises to help clients’ uncover gaps, better understand their own capabilities, and support your coaching to teach them how to translate their capabilities into work related skill sets employers will value.
