Yuki has over 20 years of international experience in the private sector, UN (UNDP and WFP), and NGO. She worked in 19 countries (including DRC, Chad, Mali, Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Ukraine, Mauritania, Indonesia, Solomon Islands, Philippines, and Thailand). In the International Development and Humanitarian setting, she worked in the deep field locations, country offices, and headquarters. Having managed humanitarian projects in hardship duty stations, she understands the reality of humanitarian/international development work on the ground first-hand.

Eileen Snyder has transitioned from a career coach, academic advisor and corporate trainer to an independent career consultant. Eileen’s educational background is in behavioral psychology. As a private practitioner she has adapted concepts such as the Four Rooms of Change, Bowen Theory, Gracious Space, and Appreciative Inquiry to her professional practice. She considers herself an agent of change when it comes to coaching clients that are transitioning careers, experiencing career apathy or preparing for an encore career as they contemplate retirement. She recently completed the My Career Design Studio certification as part of her ongoing professional development. Eileen holds a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential and is qualified to interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, (MBTI). She is a frequent presenter at conferences and has published articles for the Mid-Atlantic Career Counseling Association and the Maryland Career Development Association newsletters.
