The training covered very relevant topics. I could use it to reflect on how my coaching business would look like (who are my clients, what are their challenges, how I can assist them, etc.). Practical assignments gradually mentally prepared me to interact with my potential clients. These activities were very valuable.

My Career Design Studio (MCDS) is a helpful tool to use during the coaching sessions as well as between the sessions. Thank you for providing guidance on using different personality assessment results in MCDS and effectively developing coaching conversations to assist clients.

Overall, it was great training with good value!
